Judy began Coastal Realty in 1993 after owning a title company for several years in her native town of St. Augustine. She is a Florida CAM, Real Estate Broker, Notary and Certified Pool Operator. She personally leads a team of approximately 45 managers, maintenance men, and housekeepers, while managing over 35 associations and approximately 500 rentals.
